We build up to Mt Derrimut Road speed progressively — you won't be put on it before you're ready.
Robinsons Road — industrial area
Heavy truck traffic during business hours makes Robinsons Road one of the most challenging sections. Testers assess gap selection, observation of large vehicles, and correct following distance. Avoid booking your test between 9am and 3pm on weekdays if possible — truck traffic peaks during these hours.
We teach you how to read and respond to truck movements — a skill that surprises many students.
Westminster Parkway roundabout — critical lane choice
One of the most commonly failed sections of the Deer Park test. Arriving in the wrong lane approaching Westminster Parkway forces a last-minute lane change — which testers mark as a fail. Knowing the correct lane in advance, before you can see the roundabout, is essential.
