Founder & Director —After years working inside the VicRoads system as a Licence Testing Officer, Chamitha saw something that troubled him: good, capable drivers were failing their tests — not because they couldn't drive, but because they hadn't been taught the way the test actually works.
He watched students arrive nervous and under-prepared, trained by instructors who taught habits, not assessment criteria. He saw students fail for missing small, specific requirements that nobody had told them about. Requirements that every examiner was looking for.
After conducting more than 1,800 official drive tests, being involved in the design of VicRoads test routes, and contributing to the training of new Licence Testing Officers — Chamitha left VicRoads and built the school he always believed should exist.
