You want your child to be safe on the road.
So do we.
Lessons2Drive was built by people who have sat on the other side of the clipboard — as official VicRoads Licence Testing Officers. We know exactly what keeps young drivers safe, and exactly what fails them.
What we hear from parents
Sound familiar?
These are the most common concerns parents bring to us. If any of these resonate, you're in the right place.
What makes us different
We partner with you — not just your child
Most driving schools teach your child and send them home. We include you in the process.
From a parent who's been through it
What parents say about us
"I couldn't speak more highly of Lessons2Drive and the experience they provided for my son. A standout differentiator was the level of communication with us as parents — Lessons2Drive didn't just teach, they partnered with us. We received clear, practical feedback on how we could reinforce the training at home. The outcome speaks for itself — he passed his driving test on his first attempt. You're not just teaching people to pass a test — you're setting them up to be safe, confident drivers for life."

FAQ
Questions parents ask us
Yes — and we actively encourage it, especially for an early lesson. When you see how we teach and what we look for, your own supervised drives become far more effective. Just let us know when you book via WhatsApp.
Every learner is different. After the first lesson we give you an honest assessment and a realistic plan. Some students need 5 lessons combined with good private practice. Others need 12–15. We will never tell you your child is ready when they're not, and we will never recommend more lessons than necessary.
Yes. Every lesson with a licensed driving instructor counts toward the 120-hour requirement. Log it in the myLearners app or physical logbook immediately after each lesson. We'll remind you.
Nervous students are some of our most successful. We start slowly, in quiet areas, with no pressure. We never put a student in a situation they're not ready for. Our instructors are specifically trained to work with anxious drivers. See our nervous drivers page for more.
Yes. We have both male and female instructors available. Just let us know your preference when you book via WhatsApp and we'll match accordingly.
We use modern, well-maintained automatic vehicles fitted with dual controls — meaning the instructor has their own brake pedal at all times. Your child is completely safe from the very first second of the very first lesson.
Lessons start from your chosen location — home, school, or anywhere convenient — within our service areas. Lesson time begins when we arrive, so every minute counts toward your child's learning.
